Bridging Product and UX

I came into UX through business analysis and product work, where I wrote requirements and documentation. That experience taught me how systems are built and why decisions get made. Over time, I noticed the gap between stakeholder goals and real user behavior. I wanted to shape the experience itself, not just describe it. That’s what led me into UX.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family or planning our next cruise. I’ve been on over 35 sailings and still get excited every time. Feel free to ask where I've been!
